There are two types of users in Bitskout - the ones who manage the platform and the ones that execute tasks and receive rewards.

One of key principles of Bitskout platform is a tokenized proof of work where each workflow successfully executed constitutes a proof of work. Hence, a user that is assigned to the task can receive a reward for that. The reward in a form of a token is transferred from project budget to that user.

A scout in Bitskout can be whole organisation, a unit, a team or a person. What's important here is that one scout has one wallet and if she was assigned to a task, she will receive a token for successful workflow run.
