Custom outputs allow users to create instructions on where to put the values from the A.I. model. When an A.I. model processes data, it generates an output, for example, a date from the invoice. This date should be written into a certain field in your project tool. With the custom output, you can define that.
To create a new custom output, go to the Outputs section and select the type of the output - as we are writing a date we need to choose Field output.
Press add to open the Output creation screen:
Specify the output name and description. Please note that custom outputs are connected with a particular project using one-to-one mapping. It means that one custom output can be attached only to one project.
Then choose the A.I. model:
In our example, we will use Packing List Date Extraction Model.
Then choose the data you need to write to a board or a project by pressing Add near the "Specific Bounding Box" item:
Choose the parameters you want to write to tasks by using checkboxes and press Apply. The system will add corresponding values to selected options:
Next, you need to choose which service and project/board name you want this data to appear:
Once you choose the service and the project (we will use monday.com in this example), the fields selection will become available:
Choose the fields where you want to write data:
Once done, press Apply and your custom output will be visible in the list:
Next, if you want the data to be written to those fields, you need to specify the custom output when configuring the workflow:
