Classifying information is one of the most powerful automations. Understanding information to define the next step helps teams move faster in their process and receive all the context to start the action.

Bitskout allows anyone to create a custom classification for any textual piece of information using a set of examples. You can classify invoice line items into categories, ticket or request types, etc.

Let's create an example model:

  1. To create a classification model, go to A.I. models and press Add.

  2. After typing the model name and description choose the Classification option.

  3. The list of options will appear, scroll down and choose Classification from the list.

  4. Once you select the option, the list of configuration items will appear. You will need to add examples, so press Configure button.

  5. We can use the data from a board or a project to add examples or set up them manually. For this instruction, we will use a manual setup:

  6. Once you press Next, the list of examples will appear. Bitskout requires a minimum of ten examples. Let's fill it in:

  7. Press Edit and write your text. If the label already exists, you can choose from the list or type a new label.

  8. Once you've filled in the information, press Apply.

  9. The example is now specified.

  10. Add other examples. Once finished, press Save & Close.

  11. Bitskout will display your configured examples.

  12. If you are finished with the examples, scroll down and choose the option "Automatically create workflow for this AI model" and press Apply.

Now all is set.

To map the classification data you will need to create a Label mapping.
